Frequently asked questions
Applied kinesiology (AK) is a clinical assessment method that uses manual muscle testing to evaluate how the body responds to physical, biochemical, emotional, and energetic inputs. It is an elegant way to evaluate the nervous system’s ability to adapt to stresses in real time. I use it because it can give me information in a way that no other testing can do.
My formal training is a Doctor of Chiropractic. I have had further post-graduate training in functional medicine through the DABCI program and many other areas of natural and holistic healthcare. I also have engaged in years of self-study in the areas of psychology and spirituality and have over 30 years of clinical experience in these disciplines.
